I ended up changing units three times. The first apartment had drunk and drugged people in it, so at 11 p.m. I asked to move to another building. They gave me a room number and passcode, but when I went in, people were living there. I had three heavy suitcases with me. It was already midnight when I called again, and the next room they assigned also had someone living in it. I had to go back downstairs. By 1 a.m., after another call, they gave me an empty apartment. There were about five cockroaches and lots of other bugs during my stay, and the shower didn’t work properly. I paid on the 29th but, for personal reasons, didn’t enter the apartment until the 31st. When I asked about a refund or extending the stay, they just hung up on me.

There’s a huge construction site next door, with unbearable noise all day. It’s supposed to continue until 2027. Stay away from this building if you don’t want to regret it.

The location is excellent and the building has great facilities, which makes the state of the apartment even more disappointing. It was dirty throughout: the sofa was so filthy I couldn’t sit down to watch TV, the sheets were stained, the floor hadn’t even been swept, and the walls were covered in marks. Water leaked from the bathroom sink. The apartment smelled horrible, and the bathroom smelled of urine, with splash marks all over the toilet. The stay was expensive, too. I couldn’t put up with it and found another apartment, paying for two stays rather than remain there. My advice is not to stay here through 360.

After a 13-hour drive with a child, we arrived at night and found the air conditioning in the suite we’d booked wasn’t working at all. I called 360suites, and they said it would take 48 hours to fix it. They had no other suite to move my family to. I paid for something I was misled about.

I couldn’t get into the building when I arrived. After a lot of complaining, I finally got inside, only to find the apartment filthy. I called to ask for it to be cleaned and was told that wasn’t possible. They tried to push me into taking another unit that was far inferior. The worst stay of my life. I wouldn’t wish that headache on anyone.
