I’ve stayed in plenty of places across many countries, and this was the worst experience I can remember. I had booked two nights but left after just one, heading to another hotel first thing in the morning. Getting into the building took over an hour. I was stuck outside with my luggage in a neighborhood that looked very unsafe, and neither the residence phone number nor WhatsApp helped for that whole time. Eventually someone sent the entry details on WhatsApp. Inside, the room was filthy. The sheets and pillows looked disgusting, and there were handprints all over the dirty walls and floors, like something from a horror movie. There were no toiletries, the towels were so worn that parts of the fabric were thin, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I couldn’t get anyone to help with that either. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from 360 Suites Se in São Paulo.

If you’ve let them manage your apartment, get out. Better yet, don’t hand it over to them in the first place.

The service could be better, but the location is good and the place itself is okay.
