The building’s entry setup makes no sense. People often end up in lines because only one person can go in or out at a time. Friends and guests can’t enter with the person they’re visiting or register at the front desk, which leaves them feeling humiliated. The facial recognition at the outside door also often fails, which is a security concern, since guests can be left standing out on the street when it doesn’t work. I’d really like to stay here again, but this entry system makes me think twice about coming back.

Absolutely awful! I booked through Onfly, but they didn’t put the apartment number on the voucher. I was stuck waiting in the rain and cold in São Paulo while they sorted it out. The person who answered the intercom had no empathy. While I was waiting, I heard her being extremely rude to several people, even shouting through the intercom. That’s outrageous. If they can’t provide a complete service through the platforms they’re listed on, why use them? And why hire someone like that for the front desk? In more than 30 bookings over two years, this was my worst experience. And to be clear, I’m not generalizing, the problem is just here!

I stayed in the building through an Airbnb rental. It’s a very new building, and the staff were really helpful. I loved my stay, especially the rooftop pool with its beautiful city view and the great location. The building was still new when I visited, though, and the corridor on my floor leading to the bedrooms didn’t have a ceiling yet.

A hellish little place for the people living next door. It’s like an open-air motel. Dogs are left penned up barking all day, and DJs play loud music constantly.
