The loft-style rooms were great, spotless, and really comfortable. It’s well worth staying here, but the front desk service needs to feel more human. They treated us like they didn’t want to help, and could show more politeness and empathy toward guests. I understand dealing with the public in a busy city like São Paulo can be hard.

The gym has air conditioning and simple equipment, but it was enough for a comfortable workout. The building itself felt very secure, with guards, two entrance doors, and everyone registered. You can’t get in without being on the list, even if you’re just there to help someone. It was also clean and quiet, and we slept well. Since it’s in downtown São Paulo, though, keep an eye on your phone and bag when you’re out. No need to be scared, just stay alert.

It’s near the metro and has a nice rooftop pool with a beautiful view. The place is good for a stay, but the area felt dangerous. I was robbed right out front by people riding bikes who snatch phones, so watch out. One attendant was very strict and rude, but otherwise it was okay.

Everything was very clean, and the hotel’s hygiene was excellent. The bad experience was at reception, where one woman spoke to me rudely and with an air of superiority, as if the stay were free. I asked if this was the hotel I was looking for and didn’t even get a good afternoon. My check-in was at 15:00, but I arrived at 12:30 and only asked if a room was available. She said no, only at 15:00. I said that was fine, then asked if I could use a bathroom. She said no, only after check-in, and that there was no space for my car. When I asked if there was somewhere nearby to park, she just said there wasn’t anything there. I wanted to tell her off, but I didn’t have time for an argument. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but the receptionist shouldn’t think she can talk to people any way she likes.
