The building was clean and well organized, and there was plenty to use: a gym, laundry room, a waiting area with comfortable sofas, a sunny pool, a self-service market, kids' and party areas, and a place to work remotely. The lifts had good mirrors and were monitored by cameras. I really liked being close to Allianz Parque, The West and Bourbon malls, and Vila Country if you're going to a show. My only hassle was food delivery. The building sits between two streets, so the app sent couriers to the wrong side.

I loved how clean the place was and found it secure and easy to get around from. The price and location were great too, especially with Shopping West Plaza and Barra Funda Station nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.
