I love this condo. The apartment works really well for a couple, and the doormen are friendly and polite. The location couldn’t be better, with great shops nearby, including excellent bakeries and markets. The gym is fully equipped, but the pool was my favorite spot.

The whole stay felt ridiculous. I wasn’t sent the link to register my face, even though this building apparently requires facial access for everything, even going to the bathroom. The towels and blankets were in terrible shape, and there was no water for a time. I was told only people staying for a month could use the pool area, which also requires facial registration. Since I was there for just a week, I supposedly couldn’t get in. The pillows were awful, and I won’t come back. I had to buy a dish towel, a microfiber blanket, toilet paper, and some other item; basic hygiene products weren’t provided. It gave me the feeling that the owner is rich but miserly. They have no idea how to host people.

I stayed for a week, and on the last night a man simply opened the door and came into the apartment in the middle of the night. When I yelled, he apologized, saying he hadn’t known anyone was inside. Women, be careful: the door has an electronic lock but no inside bolt. Stay away!

The location is excellent, in a safe neighborhood. The building is 220 meters from the 27° DP da Polícia Militar, two blocks from Av. Santo Amaro, one block from Av. Ver. José Diniz, and four blocks from Av. dos Bandeirantes. There’s no parking in the condo, but the building’s street and nearby streets are quiet, with spaces available without needing Zona Azul. The common areas are clean and well organized, the rooftop pool area is very pleasant, and the gym is well equipped. There’s also a self-service OMO laundry. Definitely a great accommodation option.
