The room itself was pleasant and felt new and well cared for. It’s compact, but has a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, and an excellent TV, so it was practical and comfortable. The location was convenient too. Still, the disorganization and service were really disappointing. Check-in was set for 3 p.m., but we arrived tired from the trip and there wasn’t a clean room available. The reception was packed with other guests in the same situation. They said demand was high and promised to let us know when the room was ready, but never did. We only got in at 7 p.m., which was absurd. The city was full and there were no other hotels available, leaving us with no alternative. How does a hotel fail to manage check-outs and check-ins during a busy period? What if I’d had something scheduled before 7? At 7:09 p.m., when we entered the room, people who had reservations were still waiting, some since 5. To try to “put out the fire,” they offered complimentary breakfast, but it was disappointing. It’s a breakfast they charge per person for, and it wasn’t worth even half the price. The hotel also advertises valet for R$ 49,90 a day. I expected secure parking, but they just leave the car on the street. And because it’s so close to the airport, planes fly right over the building about every 10 minutes, making a lot of noise throughout the day. It’s quiet at night, but the daytime noise is constant. With the room and location in mind, it still wasn’t worth it.

The room was clean and new, with good furniture. Reception was very good, and the shared facilities were high quality, including the gym, pool, convenience store, and breakfast. Since it’s close to the airport, planes pass right overhead fairly regularly. That made me a little nervous, but the noise wasn’t bothersome.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, and the hotel itself is good, with new, clean rooms where everything works. The weak point is the planes from Congonhas, which pass so close it feels like they’re scraping the paint off the hotel roof. If you can’t tolerate that kind of noise, it could be quite bothersome.

The apartment had a balcony and was on the 6th floor, but the stay wasn’t good. Despite paying a cleaning fee, I found dirt under the sink and a cockroach in the bedroom, which is unacceptable. The bathroom had nowhere to put soap, shampoo, or towels, so things got wet and fell down. When I contacted the person in charge, they only made excuses and didn’t try to fix anything or offer compensation. With the lack of cleanliness, basic items, and helpful service, I can’t recommend it.
