The Westin Sao Paulo

I was there for six nights, Jan 13-19 2026, and the room was quiet and comfortable, with a great bed, blackout curtains, a strong shower, and an excellent hair dryer and coffee maker. Housekeeping was on point, and the small breakfast buffet was delicious. The gym was fully equipped, the pool was heated, and the location is hard to beat, right in the city next to the famous, beautiful Ibirapuera Park. What really stood out was the Westin team. Everyone was professional, warm, and ready to help, always smiling. Fabio Lopes and Simone went out of their way to arrange vegan breakfast options every morning. Klebber, Thiago and Flores were very courteous, opening and closing the Uber door for me and holding an umbrella when it rained. Leia, Andre & Vinicius were attentive and accommodating too. I highly recommend the hotel and plan to come back soon. Obrigada, equipe Westin São Paulo!!!

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of healthy choices. Victor and his team were warm and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and looked after throughout the stay. The new Westin São Paulo is a stunning place, with a relaxing feel, modern style, and beautifully designed rooms. A comfortable stay with good hospitality if you're visiting São Paulo. Highly recommend!

Bruno behind the bar made a great cocktail, a lovely finishing touch to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with loads of options. This modern hotel is right in the heart of the city, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The buffet team looked after me well in the morning, and Daniel and Hugo were great bartenders. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and attentive. The hotel is only four months old, so they're still sorting out a few small issues, but overall it's a great place. The spacious rooms are new and modern, with all the amenities. There's a decent hotel gym and a small terrace pool that's great for tanning or cooling off in the SP heat. It has a shiny, enjoyable Westin wellness feel and was a great price. I'd definitely stay again.
