The room was cute and had everything I needed. The women at reception, Bianca and Giovana, were really helpful and nice, always smiling. It's a very nice place close to Avenida Paulista, with everything nearby. It's also easy to get to, since the metro station is next to it.

I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed and shower were both nice. The location is absolutely top. One thing to know: although there's an electric hob in the room, there are no pans or pots. You have to bring those essentials or rent them at reception. The same applies to an iron and hair dryer. I think that's a rip off. I've never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to use things like that. They should be free.

The rooms were clean, the hot water was very good, and the air conditioning worked well. The apartment is close to everything, with lots of places to eat nearby. There were many security officers around, all there for safety. Great stay.

I slept really well over the weekend. The bed was comfortable, the linen was fresh, and it was nice and quiet at night for São Paulo, even though we were so close to Av. Paulista. Our child was thrilled to have a microwave and be able to buy popcorn downstairs. The little shop on the ground floor is a brilliant idea, with everything guests might need close at hand. That kind of convenience isn't even in many 5 star hotels. It's a very modern, smart way to run a hotel and booking system. The place and location are excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it to friends and family and will definitely come back.
