The listed phone number doesn’t reach the building. It connects to someone at the company selling the available units, who told me my issue had nothing to do with her. I was calling about condominium parking because I have a medical appointment. Terrible service, and the person handling the call was completely incompetent. It’s sad that there’s no one at the building to help, and the only person I could reach was rude and cared only about sales, not after-sales service.

The location is hard to beat, close to the metro, and both the building and its facilities are beautiful. Even better is the plastic surgeon: transparent, skilled, careful, and exceptionally good at assessing the face. Dr. Trufino’s surgery results are wonderful, as are the Botox and fillers, which bring out natural beauty without going overboard.

The construction site is extremely disorganized, and they still can’t finish the sidewalk, making it much harder for pedestrians to get around. I live nearby and am disappointed by how poorly the site managers are looking after things. I’ve already had my baby stroller get stuck and hit by construction debris, among other problems. It’s a terrible advertisement for potential buyers.

The upper floors, above the 14th, have a spectacular view of Vila Madalena’s famous sunset. The development is wonderful, with 122 m², 3 suites, and 2 parking spaces, and is due to be delivered in March 2023.
