Reasonable.

We left the Studio on Sunday morning after a smooth but exhausting five-hour drive from our city to the capital. Even though we stayed only one night and didn't spend much time in the Studio, we had only positive things to say about the place. The family Studio was very good for our family, a couple with two boys aged 8 and 11. It had two soft, comfortable double beds, blankets, lots of pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hot shower with excellent pressure. The neighborhood felt quiet and family friendly, without rowdiness or noise disturbing us at night. The Smart TV and internet were excellent and fast. There wasn't a parking space for us, but that was my own fault for not asking about it. It wasn't a problem in the end. The street in front of the building seemed quiet and safe, and I found a spot right under the bedroom window. Entry to the building was very modern, with a code sent by email and a tag to open the main door. A special bonus is the bakery downstairs beneath the apartments, with good things for breakfast or a quick snack.

The place was clean, well organized, easy to get to, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was in apartment 06 and have two small suggestions: add a blackout curtain, since the room gets very bright in the morning, and fix the bathroom floor by the drain. It was installed unevenly, so water collects there and leaks out of the shower.

The apartment looks nice and has equipment, but the street is VERY noisy. There’s no parking, and the bathroom drain kept backing up whenever we showered. You can hear everything from the other rooms, and I didn’t feel safe there either. For that price, I could rent somewhere much better. I wouldn’t come back.
