This is an excellent residential condo. There’s a 24-hour front desk, concierge, shared indoor laundry, mini-market, and mini-pharmacy. It also has coworking space, a barbecue area, a party room, and a small gym.

The terrace is lovely, with a grill and comfortable armchairs. It’s a pleasant place in a good location, kept in great shape, with tight access control.
