I really liked both studios I stayed in. The building is organized, and the guy at reception is polite, but it’s depressing how some guests have no manners and don’t know how to behave. The construction around the building is awful because of the noise, and hearing it from the Liceu school court isn’t good either. At least the street is fairly quiet at night, so it’s possible to sleep.

Does anyone know if an owner in this condo is selling an apartment? I have a client interested in a 163 m² unit. Please let me know if you hear of one. I’m the broker Regina Oliveira, 11-98567-9692.

I’ve filed a complaint. This company hires maintenance workers who park their car in front of our entrance. I’ve already reported it to Procon.

A select, complete development and an excellent investment, with very high-end finishes. A spectacular project by Construtoras Kallas e Stan.

The location is very good, with the entrance on a quiet street. The floor plan is excellent, with cross-ventilation, the leisure facilities are okay, and the price is fair.
