The receptionists were polite and helpful, and the room was clean. They allow one child up to age 10, but only provide a sofa, with no extra bed. Breakfast wasn't that good. The location is handy, with Juliet bakery nearby for reasonably priced items, and it's close to Av Paulista and rua Oscar Freire.

Canceling the booking was unpleasant: the receptionist raised their voice and wasn't very courteous. The apartment was poorly cared for, with an odor in the kitchen and a small bedroom and bathroom. We had booked for two adults and a child, but there was no extra bed, only a suggested mattress. With a child along, the low balcony railing and lack of safety screens were concerning. A terrible experience.

I stayed just one night in April 2022, and the hotel is well located with good facilities. The apartment was clean, tidy, cozy, and better than I expected. I liked the shower, bath towels, and blanket, and the basic kitchen things meant I could cook and save on restaurants: a small milk pan, saucepan, frying pan, stove lighter, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery. I felt at home. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is breakfast, which had few options and no butter. Otherwise, it would have been five.

The hotel restaurant's lunch was excellent, with sushi even on the buffet, though it cost about what most São Paulo restaurants do, which is expensive. Breakfast, on the other hand, wasn't worth it: high cost, basic selection, and questionable quality. The flat had plenty of space and the staff were friendly. Shops and metro stations are nearby, and the location is good. There was a lot of noise from Av. Rebouças and the bar opposite, but closing the doors almost stopped it, so the sound insulation worked well. My flat's air conditioner only made noise and didn't cool. Internet costs extra, but was fairly stable at around 5Mb. Housekeeping is also extra, though the service was good. The flat key takes a while to get used to.
