Bee.W Hostel Bar

Most of the staff were friendly, and the bar downstairs had good drinks, food, and service. But the rooms felt like jail cells, with very tight quarters, and I was up all night because of what seemed like dust mites or bed bugs. Breakfast was subpar, and the WiFi kept cutting out. Disappointing for the price.

The first time was good. I went back on a Saturday night, and there were maybe ten people there. We ordered four drinks and waited 20 minutes before they told us the drinks were on the way. At the 30-minute mark, the waitress said they couldn’t make one because they were out of sake. I said that was fine and asked for the other three, but she said they hadn’t started any of them. Such a waste of time.

A fantastic hostel, brand new and very clean, with all the amenities. It’s in one of the best areas of Sao Paulo, close to transport and restaurants, and there’s a boutique cafe on the corner serving quality coffee.

The hostel feels like home, and I love it. The owner lives in the same building with their family, and the children are nice and sociable. But I had a bad experience with the couple who own it. They’re very greedy and overcharge. There was a problem with the calculations, and explaining it to them didn’t help. Regards.
