Brooklin Veranda Berrini - SMH 37815

The staff were warm, friendly, and quick to help. The breakfast buffet could use some attention, though. During our stay, the food got cold too quickly every day.

I complained several times, and the manager told me to find somewhere else because they couldn't improve their standards. That says a lot about the lack of customer focus. Service was below average, the apartments were cleaned poorly, and breakfast was always a mess, with no dishes and dirty tables. There weren't enough staff, either. Even a fried egg could take up to 20 minutes.

For a stay of more than a month, this is the best place to live in Sao Paulo. The service apartments are cozy, and the staff are courteous and helpful. Most of them struggle with English, but that's OK.

The location works well: it's a five-minute walk to nearby restaurants and a supermarket, and a 25-minute drive to the city center. The apartments are very nice, with comfy beds, a pleasant balcony, and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The lobby and reception staff were friendly. Pool, gym, and breakfast were all good.
