Casa Jardim. Ar e garagem

The apartment was filthy, with dirt all over the floor, hair everywhere, crumbs, and more, like someone had stayed there for over a week without anyone cleaning. The shower tap was broken too, so it couldn't be used. I'm still waiting for a reply from management. The customer service was awful, nobody answers you, and there's no accessibility. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I felt at home here. The place was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, and everything was in great shape. It was well equipped, from the kitchen utensils to the comfort items. The team made me feel very welcome, thank you so much 🥰 I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

CASA JARDIM STUDIOS !! DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE! I'm being unfairly charged R$20, with no proof, for supposedly staining a bed blanket that was already old and stained when I checked in. The room and fridge freezer were also dirty, with food scraps and spilled liquid. I reported it to the host, Sr.Otávio, but nothing was done to improve things. Just look at the RECLAME AQUI site and you'll see this practice is repeated across this "NETWORK". S U R R E A L !!! They should do check-in and check-out with the guests and the establishment's legal representative present, to avoid embarrassing and humiliating situations like this.

The service at Casa Jardim was spotless. Everyone was attentive, quick to reply, and ready to help, and the place was clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything I needed during my stay. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommend!
