For R$ 250 thousand, I think it's worth it. The 22 m2 unit comes with a gym, pool, and 24-hour front desk. It's also across from the civil police headquarters and close to the new Pérola Byington Women's Hospital. Luz station is just 50 meters away.

I wouldn't want to live or stay here. The common areas are neglected and almost impossible to use, and there are cockroach infestations. For residents, the company managing the condominium doesn't seem to care at all, and there's no channel for reporting problems.
