At Casa Mágica, you feel like a friend staying over, not just a customer. It's an enchanting stay, with an extravagant, alternative feel and an artistic, authentic character that sticks in your memory. The style is simple and a little rustic, which is part of what makes the experience so memorable and gives the place its own atmosphere and personality. Sr. Ruy is enthusiastic, polite, and kind, welcoming each guest like an old friend he hasn't seen in years. Highly recommend it if you're after something different and genuine, with real character.

This was my first time at casa mágica, and it went beyond what I expected. Ruy welcomed me so warmly, and his knowledge and stories are captivating. The whole place feels magical. I found so many cherished memories there that I needed to carry on with my purpose. Breakfast was lovely and made with great taste, and every piece of tableware has a meaning. Each day brought another experience and something new to learn. There are things I can't share, you need to experience them yourself to take home wonderful memories like I did. Thank you, Ruy and casa mágica, for such an incredible stay. And I slept better than ever!

The garden at Casa Mágica has lots of greenery, fruit trees, herbs, and grass, with plenty of space. There's even a special trail you walk barefoot to feel closer to nature. Inside, the huge suites were spotless, with lovely decor and one-of-a-kind items that each tell a story. The double bed was spacious and comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were high quality. The owner, Ruy, is also the chef, and from check-in we felt like longtime friends. At breakfast, he set the table in our favorite colors, with fine tableware full of stories, and made our favorite dishes from a personalized menu. We also had a great chat with him. The house really lives up to its name. It's in a very well located neighborhood in São Paulo, and we felt at home. We never expected such a surprising stay in the city, with a fair price and great location. We'll definitely return. Thank you so much!

The suite is simple and cozy, with a wood ceiling and the distinctive flooring you see in older São Paulo homes. Towels, soap, bedding, a blanket, and a fan are provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a little gift of jam and coffee rum, which turned into a lovely dessert 🍨 The place feels like a way to get away from São Paulo. It reminded me of my grandmother's house, with the best cups, plates, and cutlery brought out for the table. There's lots of greenery, fruit trees, handmade work, old furniture, and unique antique pieces. The welcome was warm and family-like, with a host who felt like an old friend. Keep in mind it's a family home. If a modest setting with lots of surprises doesn't feel comfortable to you, you might feel out of place. It's near the airport, so you do hear planes, and there's traffic noise from a nearby avenue. I found it normal, and it was a reminder I was still in São Paulo, haha. It's a good option for travelers, or for people like us who stayed late in the city after work and needed somewhere to rest before heading home.
