The toilet clogs, a pipe leaks, the internet doesn’t work, and face recognition barely works. They also won’t store our suitcases after checkout. Just go to a regular hotel.

Sem vergonha, the taxes went up overnight and now cost more than the room itself. Shameful.

I’ve been here for 10 days and am loving the stay. The building is modern, with a nice leisure area, a well-equipped gym, laundry, and a nicely finished hall. The cleaning staff always keep all the shared areas spotless.

I still have five days left in this filthy place. I booked a superior unit, apt 1508, from 9 to 20/03/25. It was dirty, the kitchen sink had no water, the curtains were falling down, and there was no internet. I complained right away and was told it would be fixed the next day. When I got back from work, only the curtain had been fixed. I spent the week using my phone’s hotspot to work and had no TV. After many complaints, I managed to move on 15/03/25 to unit 409. It was even dirtier: burned-out bulbs, a broken toilet seat and bathroom towel holder, the previous guest’s shampoo in the shower, hair and paper on the floor, and pieces of glass inside the kitchen cupboard. A complete horror show. They offered me another unit that was extremely small and faced a construction site. Its nightly rate must have been half what I paid, even with a 10% discount, and I’d paid upfront. The concierge service is awful, and there’s nobody you can complain to.
