The hallway is much too dark, since the lights only come on through motion sensors. And despite there being a reception desk, I found there was no useful service. They wouldn't tell me right away whether any rooms were free, or help arrange a later checkout. Instead, I had to keep asking whenever I wanted to do something, and wait for a reply that came too late, by which point rooms in their other buildings had sold out too. They only sent a general website link, not the page for the specific building, and said I had to wait until 8 a.m. for help, through WhatsApp only. We expected to extend our stay, but they couldn't give us a straight answer about availability. I don't recommend this place.
We booked for 16 days, but they didn't try to clean the room. When I asked them to do it, it took more than 3 days.

We were left waiting outside at night for more than 40 minutes just to check in. Terrible service.
I only booked one night because I had an important business meeting the next morning. After showering while getting ready, I found the hair dryer didn't work. With long hair on a cold morning and a meeting ahead, it was a pretty awful problem. I contacted reception, but they said they weren't responsible for the apartment and told me to reach the booking contact. The person there was dismissive and said the dryer would be fixed by Monday, even though it was Friday. I explained how urgent and awkward the situation was, but nobody offered help. I had to leave with wet hair and felt my appearance was completely questionable. A very unpleasant experience, and not one I'd repeat. I strongly object to treating a customer this way.
