The views are great, and the location is hard to beat.

I liked the building itself: it’s in a great spot, the common areas are looked after, and both the front desk and electronic lock worked efficiently. The apartments need much more attention, though. The only working outlets I found were two in the kitchen, and the microwave was missing its turntable. The kitchen supplies were limited, and the plates, glasses, and cutlery were often dirty. Cleaning in general fell short. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was a cheap replacement, smaller than the toilet and already cracked because it had been fitted badly. The shower didn’t get warm enough, which made bathing difficult during the colder days in SP. Contacting support on WhatsApp meant dealing with bots, which was frustrating and could be a problem for an older person. I’d only stay here again if the apartments were better maintained and updated. Otherwise, there are similarly well-located places with better equipment for about the same price.

The apartment smelled absolutely rotten. The sofa and curtains were disgusting, the place was dirty, the shower had no hot water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The service was a complete disaster.

There’s no gym, even though the building had room for one. It feels like nobody wanted to put together a good project. The entrance lock is just for show because it never works, so you always have to use the intercom.
