We ended up split between two apartments on different floors, away from our children. That was after a confirmed reservation for a two-bedroom apartment turned out to be unavailable, and they sent us to another hotel farther from where we wanted to stay. While we were on the way, they called and told us to come back because there was no room there either. At first, they left us waiting in the sun. We only got shelter once it started raining. The whole response was confusing and unprofessional. One of the people at the front desk said he’d sort it out, then disappeared. Later we found out he’d gone to eat. A really disappointing experience.

Everything is working properly now, and my stay was great. Getting in was easy, the facial recognition worked, and the place smelled nice and felt very pleasant.

The location is good, but the cleaning could be better. Service at both the front desk and the lobby was poor, and the staff could have shown more tact.

Charlie offers no customer service, and because of internal process problems, I was often left locked out of the apartment. My belongings were stolen from lost and found. Never again. That’s why it’s cheaper!
