The location, safety, facilities, internet, and cleanliness were all great. My fridge was large and noisy, but I can’t take off a star because these rooms are much better than most hotels at this price in SP.

Check-in took a long time, and the rooms were dark and smelled bad. The water smelled like muddy water, so I’m sure there are serious plumbing problems. For what you pay, you can find a much better stay elsewhere. I’ll let the photo show the hygiene for itself. Stay away.

I had a wonderful stay at the end of September 2025. The staff were attentive and kind, and the simple breakfast was delicious. My room was spotless and very comfortable.

The studio rooms are spacious and come with a large fridge, microwave, pots, and pans. The internet was very fast and stable, the food was tasty, and the reception and kitchen staff were great. The hotel is in a safe area of Sao Paulo. Highly recommended!

The space was clean, organized, and cozy, and everything was great. Before my flight back, Tyler gave me a quick tour so I could get familiar with the place. Excellent service and attention to detail.
