After more than a year and a half as a customer, I was shocked when an extra bill suddenly appeared. The way it was handled felt deeply disrespectful, and I was left feeling that my privacy and right to know had both been violated. No one told me ahead of time that I would owe this fee under these circumstances. And why was an email sent to other people asking for my private details instead of someone contacting me first? As a hotel service, I believe you should protect customers' privacy as long as they follow Brazilian laws and regulations. If someone had explained the charge in advance, or even informed me before contacting others, things would not have escalated this way. After it happened, nobody apologized or seemed willing to do so. I was only told, “Sorry, but you need to pay.” I felt no sincerity or respect.

We booked unit 1710 for three days over a weekend, but the photos couldn't show the smell. The place was dirty, with a used, crumpled sheet and lots of dust. The blackout blind and exhaust fan were broken too. We left on the second day because we couldn't stay there.

The location is excellent, and the building has a really good pool. The apartment worked well for us, with a double bed, bunk bed, TV, fridge, air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, and two bathrooms. There are also a mini market and work areas in the building. The gym has treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, but it isn't much use for strength training since there's only one machine and few weights.
