Terrible. I should’ve looked for somewhere else. The electronic locks don’t work properly. Twice we got back around 2 a.m. and spent half an hour trying to get inside. The intercom was unreliable too, and we were left outside on the street in the middle of the night waiting. Water leaked from the bathroom into the apartment. The TV only had two channels, and communication with the guests was awful, everything took ages. The location is good, but I do not recommend it.

Lots of apartments here are rented through apps. Some are good, others less so. The building has good facilities, and the front desk staff are great.

I’ve just come back from the hospital after surgery, and my room was locked. It was so disrespectful. I was on my period, and it took them ages to open the door so I could get my things. I even said I could pay to stay later because my flight isn’t until 8:30. How am I supposed to wait at the airport like this? Nobody cares about anything. I’m so upset. I’ve never felt this humiliated.

Great location and excellent front desk team. I stayed in 809 and was a little disappointed with the upkeep. A thorough cleaning would fix about 90% of it.

The apartments are excellent. I stayed in 502 and 1304 a few times, and both were great. The host was lovely too.
