8.8/10
10/10
On a chilly day, this place feels warm and welcoming. Don't skip breakfast if you'd like to hear a piano player and see the hostess's lovely smile. I can't decide whether the coconut cake or cheese bread is better.
6/10
The rooms are spacious and the location is excellent, right by Shopping JK Iguatemi and business facilities. But the traffic is noisy, and the old furniture and bathroom make the place feel neglected. From the outside it looks fancy, but inside the dated furnishings and street noise really bring it down.
6/10
The breakfast buffet is good and the staff are nice. The location is great too, but the air conditioning didn't cool properly, and I found cockroaches in my room.
8/10
The rooms are comfortable, though the bathrooms are just okay and the TV doesn't have anything good to watch. Breakfast was good, with different options, and I liked it. The internet is a little weak and works better when you're close to the modem.
6/10
The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, so the hotel is very noisy. Breakfast, though, is very good: they make fresh scrambled eggs to order and serve tapioca, along with plenty of fruit, juices, cakes, and other local specialties. If breakfast is a key reason you choose a hotel and noise doesn't bother you too much, this is a good option.
