The daily free breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, especially for vegetarians. The location is great for getting around quickly, and we felt safe walking nearby, close to good shopping and places to eat. The cost and location alone were enough for five stars, but the employees made the stay even better. They were kind, helped us in English when our Portuguese wasn't enough, stored our luggage for the afternoon after checkout, and shared directions and recommendations. I loved the charming vintage feel of the rooms and that they hadn't been updated. The wood details were lovely, and our room had a comfortable little sitting area and a TV with local stations that let us practice hearing Portuguese. It's now my preferred hotel in Sao Paulo.

Nearby shopping centers and the places I needed for work were easy to reach, which made this convenient for a business trip. The room was comfortable and covered my basic needs, and the staff service was adequate. I found the restaurant food average, so I ate elsewhere. Luckily, there are lots of excellent nearby restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines. The stay was decent, but the hotel restaurant could improve. I'd suggest it to someone who wants a functional, well-located place, especially if they plan to eat out.

The service and management were poor. One of the worst hotels in São Paulo. I wouldn't recommend it, so please avoid it.

The area felt safe, and the rooms were comfortable. It's near avenida Paulista. Breakfast was quite good, especially since a chef can prepare all kinds of omelets with different toppings and ingredients.

It's very nice and peaceful here, and I like the team and management. They're friendly and caring, so you can leave in peace. The only thing I'd change is having a proper spot near the hotel where smokers can have coffee.
