EZ Aclimação Hotel

We spent three nights here. The facilities are great: the outdoor pool is nice in the morning, there's a steam sauna, and breakfast is huge. The rooms are great, and the staff are friendly and happy to accommodate requests.

I was surprised to find there was no free water in the room. I drank two cups and had to pay for them at checkout.

The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, with large, comfortable beds, a minibar, a big desk, fast internet, a large TV, a microwave, and a small kitchen sink. The bathroom was roomy too, with a spacious shower, hairdryer, and bidet hose. The restaurant was spacious and well equipped, and its staff were efficient. There's plenty of secure parking under the hotel, and good wheelchair access from outside if needed. We arrived at 2:10 a.m. and Phillipe at reception gave us a delightful welcome. He did his best to speak with us in English, and we understood everything. He also worried we might be hungry and explained that the hotel would send refreshments to our room. The bright reception area was well furnished and exceptionally clean. I'm a harsh reviewer and pay close attention when I stay at hotels, but I couldn't find fault here. I highly recommend it and thank all the staff for their service. Phillipe has management potential.

Breakfast is served in a large atrium beside the pool and gym, with a nice range of bread and juice. The cold cuts are fresh and very good quality, French bread is always available, and the sliced cake is delicious. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well kept, with air conditioning in both rooms. Always a pleasure to stay here, and I'll be back soon.
