I had an amazing time staying here in November. The staff were all incredible, especially the tall doorman, who was so helpful and lovely! The amenities were great, the gym had everything I needed, room service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

The service was impeccable and the food was spectacular. But it was a very hot 36 Celsius night and the AC was off, so the place felt unbearably hot. Our table was also covered in used glasses that hadn't been cleared away.

The rooms and amenities were extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were wonderful. It felt like a brand new hotel. Definitely the best high-end place to stay in São Paulo. Everything was wonderful.

The rooftop terrace on the 19th floor has an unforgettable view. The hotel is on Pedroso Alvarenga street in Itaim-Bibi neighborhood, and the project was designed by architect Marcio Kogan together with aflalo/gasperini, with a classic touch from the brand's Italian heritage. I really recommend this top-notch spot for spending a couple of days in SP.
