Be careful with the private flat. I paid for a reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel Meliá reception had no record of it. The host wouldn’t respond to customers or even to Booking.com. After I kept pushing, Booking.com canceled the reservation for free. The flat isn’t managed by the hotel, and this situation is hurting the hotel’s reputation, since it leaves people stranded and pushes them to book directly with the hotel instead. People who managed to get into the flat reported being treated carelessly, but those incidents were recorded under the Hotel Meliá address, not here. Avoid it.
