The lunch and breakfast buffets were the best part for me: affordable, full of flavor, and with a nice local home-cooking feel. The place could use some bathroom maintenance and a few improvements throughout. Early arrivals aren't handled very flexibly. Nearby streets have several small, cool spots for beer, wine, and great dinners. The pool and sauna are small but fine for relaxing. The restaurant closes after lunch until the next day, probably because there are so many good places on the nearby streets.

The bed was comfortable, and the location is good. Breakfast was good too, except for the scrambled eggs. It's a decent-sized studio with a kitchenette, though it feels worn and could use a proper cleaning and some refurbishment. Service was OK, but not everyone speaks English.

The flat is spacious and clean, and it's close to Paulista Avenue and Consolação Metro station. The bathroom is small but adequate. Wi-Fi worked fine for remote work, though the connection would drop in the evenings when lots of guests were online. The place itself is nice, just a little worn out.

We left earlier than planned because the breakfast request was ignored, the extra bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom was old. We asked three receptionists and the kitchen staff, using French, Spanish, English, and Portuguese, for breakfast without meat. The first breakfast was full of meat. We asked again the day before, then called in the morning and repeated the request in English and Portuguese. They still brought us a breakfast full, full, full of meat, with meat in every single item. There were three of us, but they served only two portions. Most of the staff don't speak any English. Was it really so complicated to serve what we asked for? We weren't asking for anything extra, just less.
