We spent five nights here in February 2026 with our five-year-old and loved it. It's easy and felt safe to walk to lots of good spots, from craft beer places, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to a kids cafe with a play area. We were near the carnival blocos, but the hotel itself was quiet and felt safe. We used Uber to go farther afield. There's also a nice shaded bike path for running. Our room had a double bed, a sofa bed, and a jacuzzi bath. We swam in the outdoor pool every day. It was a little cold, but our daughter stayed in for ages. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was included, with plenty of healthy and vegetarian choices like fruit, salad, smoothies, and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication over WhatsApp worked well. We arrived early and left our bags at reception, and the hotel arranged early check-in, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely recommend it.

Our group of four had a phenomenal stay in the master suite. It was really spacious, and the rooms were clean. The bathrooms felt roomy too. I'd definitely come back.

I had a great night's sleep, and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are incredibly large, and the hotel is nicely placed in Pinheiros, just around the corner from some fantastic bars and restaurants. They also provide a travel bag in the room that you pay for once you open it, with everything you need for a stay. I'd definitely recommend it to travelers.

The views were fantastic, and the rooms were unbelievable. I definitely didn't need four balconies! My only criticism is that breakfast could have more choices.
