The location worked well, with a metro station and a couple of bus stops nearby, though you do have to walk a little. The staff were awesome and friendly, and one person spoke English well if you’re still learning Portuguese. My girlfriend and I had a private suite for two that was great for us. Guests can also use the kitchen and the big living room, which has a TV and power outlets.

The hotel is conveniently located, feels safe, and isn’t far from the historic center. The reception workers were very attentive and understanding, and ready to help with any difficulties. When my friend became ill, they offered us another room. I really liked the place.

The managers were incredibly kind and helpful when I had a health problem, which I really appreciated. The hostel itself is simple, but clean, and it’s in a quiet, safe part of São Paulo with a metro station nearby. I’d recommend staying here.

The friendly, helpful guy with blond hair at reception was the only good part of our stay. The room was in awful shape: the mattress sagged so much we couldn’t sleep on it, there was no air conditioning, the bathroom door and windows wouldn’t shut and mosquitoes got us, the outlets didn’t work, and we couldn’t get the room wifi to work either. When we complained, they said the hotel was being renovated and would be better in two years. That doesn’t help when I’m paying to stay now. They also said the people matter more than the place, XD. The high rating doesn’t fit these conditions. Stay away!
