There's a bed to sleep in, but that's about it. The reception was very poor, there was no breakfast, and the place wasn't very clean. I asked for proof of payment and got no reply for about a week. It isn't cheap, either.

A miserable stay.

The room was welcoming and well prepared, with a double bed and a single bed, clean bedding, face and bath towels, a TV, air conditioning, and a spotless bathroom. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and I received the room keys right after paying. It's also easy to reach the Butantã bus and train terminal. I loved how comfortable the place felt.

Very simple hotel, but the location is excellent and the price is good for what you get.

The breakfast stood out, with good quality and plenty of choices. My room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable after a full day out. The team were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great time at Hotel Butantã and would gladly return and recommend it.
