Wanda and Chuks are wonderful. Their place feels like our second home, and whenever we come to São Paulo, we stay with them. They’re like family. The rooms are clean and organized, and it’s a calm, cozy place in a great location near Expo São Paulo, Comite Paralimpico Brasileiro, restaurants, and snack bars. It’s the best in São Paulo, for sure, and the value for money is a 1,000. It’s also close to Congonhas Airport and Jabaquara terminal, and very easy to reach by car from Imigrantes.

Sônia welcomed me so warmly when I arrived, and breakfast was always tasty. Everything was as agreed, and I really appreciated all the attention. São Paulo Expo is just a five-minute walk away. There was only one bathroom for three rooms, and the pillow was a bit hard, but I recommend the place.

The woman who served us was nice, but this was my worst experience. I left early. The shower was cold, the bed felt like a hard plank, and the pillow was like cement. Breakfast was awful: when I pulled out the sugar packet, a spider came with it. The requeijão was old, and the sandwich press was burnt out and didn’t work. The TV only got Polishop, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was moldy. Good luck!

The people were very attentive, and the place is private and cozy. The food she makes is great, and they’re also excellent, well-qualified English teachers. Just keep in mind that meals and English lessons cost extra. If you need a place to stay, I recommend looking here.

It’s an easy place to reach by car and has private parking. The street is very quiet, and the best part is that it’s right by Expo São Paulo on Imigrantes, about 400m away. I walked there every day. The service was excellent, and I recommend it.
