The service was quick, but the rooms were awful. Towels were left out in the rain and sun to dry before being given to guests, and they smelled terrible. The sheets and pillows had the same sour smell. The bathroom had so little room that you practically had to shower sitting on the toilet, and that strange odor was always there.

Don't book this hotel near Brás. It was dirty and smelled bad, and the staff seemed very strange. I couldn't tell if it was a hotel or a motel. The rooms stank, the bedding hadn't been washed and one piece had mold on it. The towels smelled, and the bathroom was dirty. When we arrived there was no soap or toilet paper. Cheap ends up costing you. There are much better hotels in Brás.

I couldn't really rest or sleep properly because of all the noise from the cars on the street. It was far too loud.

The staff were friendly, and the place is okay for a couple of nights, but there was a lot to improve. The room was tiny and only had a fan. It wasn't fully clean, and the toilet was dirty. The shower was practically right over the toilet. Breakfast was basic. When we arrived, there was a plate in the door drawer that they never took away. There was no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper either.

Everything was great, and staying here is so convenient when we're shopping. This was already our fourth visit. Special thanks to the receptionist Flávio, who was wonderful and helped us so much during our stay. He was perfect. Thank you!
