The room was perfect, and the staff made the experience excellent. The front desk team were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast bar was great too. I highly recommend this place!

I was ready to give it five stars, but the internet connection really needs fixing.

The hotel is comfortable and functional for a fair price, and its location is excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. After this stay, it’s definitely become a great option for me in the future. I was looking for somewhere to stay for four days in SP, the capital, and came across the RED line from the well-known Radison hotel chain. I didn’t quite understand the concept at first, but decided to trust the Radison name. As I understand it, RED sits between the classic offering and the executive BLUE line, and they’ve put that idea into practice really well. The alternative look, with red as the dominant color, catches your eye when you arrive. But the comfort, service and quality of what they offer matter more than the visual style. Our room was comfortable and functional, with a welcoming king-size bed, quality bedding and a quiet atmosphere. The air conditioning and TV worked normally. When the TV remote stopped working, maintenance came quickly. There was a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and an open metal frame for hanging clothes, a clever solution given the lack of space for a luggage rack. The minibar was housed in a separate piece of furniture. One small suggestion: two hooks beside the sink for hand towels would be useful. The hooks behind the bathroom door make it less convenient to dry your face. I also noticed there was no bottled water for sale in the room or at the reception self-service area. They do offer free filtered water on the rooftop, where the pool and gym are. Breakfast was good. There wasn’t much variety in each category, but the food offered was good quality. Free Nespresso coffee is available, including at the reception at any time, which makes the service stand out. I understand that adding more variety would make it more expensive, so I think the choice they made is the smart one. The value for money is very good. For me, this is a first choice when I return to SP, or anywhere else that offers the same service. I’ll recommend it without hesitation.
