The staff were incredible. I hadn’t even stayed at the hotel, I just needed Wi-Fi and somewhere to sit after hours of travel. They gave me water and Wi-Fi for free, and even watched my backpacks while I went out to eat. I didn’t see a room, but everything else I saw looked really clean. The staff alone make it worth five stars.

100% disappointed! Water came into our room during the night. We were on the second floor, and waking up to use the bathroom with our feet in water was awful. Nobody even mentioned it to us. On top of that, we were overcharged for the room.

I've stayed here twice and would recommend it. It's an affordable place with easy access to Tietê bus station.

The one good thing is how close it is to the bus terminal. The room had lots of ants and a plastic mattress, there was no air conditioning, and the area felt dodgy.
