Cars outside were really loud, and the window did a terrible job of keeping the noise out. The room itself was in awful shape, with much of it lacking maintenance. Water leaked from the bathroom and reached the bed area. The wooden counter where they serve the food was broken and full of termites eating it. The ceiling mirror was shattered and pieces were falling onto the bed. An outlet was hanging out of place with wires exposed. Such poor quality, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

The avenue noise makes it impossible to sleep. This place is a lousy, cheap motel, and when I asked the staff to move me, they said there was nothing they could do. Just incompetence. A terrible hotel.

The room was clean, but full of ants. The bedding and towels were old, with some tears, and there were no slippers, minibar, chairs, or place to set soap and shampoo. The smart TV worked, and the staff were good, but the property needs improvement. I couldn't sleep at all because of the cars and buses. The window facing the street rattled all night.

I’m here now and I can’t stand staying until tomorrow. The room reeks of cigarettes and the bathroom smells like sewage. I was hungry, but being here made me lose my appetite. I paid for a shower because I’d rather sleep in the car.

We got a room with no bathroom door. A bathroom without a door felt really strange.
