The staff respond quickly, and the rooms are very tidy with all the basics you need. Great value for the money. I’d recommend it for a short or medium stay, probably up to 10 days, especially if you’re traveling alone.

10/10
The rooms are small, including the bathrooms, but they were spotless. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. There’s no breakfast or restaurant, though nearby restaurants are easy to find. They’d left complimentary snacks in the room, and other items were available to buy from the fridge and elsewhere. I stayed for three days after booking online, and I was glad I did. The price was good, and the place is right by the metro, a bus stop, and Paulista Ave. Lots is within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt nice and safe. The staff speak very little English, but translation apps make that manageable. For a tourist who mainly needs a clean room to sleep in and shower before heading out, I’d give it five stars for the price and location.

The WiFi was terrible, and my room had no view. There wasn’t any breakfast either. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the neighborhood felt safe. It’s close to tourist spots and a subway entrance.

The room was comfortable and nice, but the WiFi wasn’t working properly.
