The room was clean and nicely prepared, and the place felt cozy. Fresh towels and soap were provided, and the hot shower worked perfectly. Everything else was great too. The only thing is, the TV isn’t a smart TV.

The noise was the worst part. Other guests were loud, and I couldn’t sleep. The room had no ventilation, its fan was broken, and the shower gave me an electric shock. There was barely any water, and it was much too hot with no temperature control. There was no bathroom mat, and the toilet area was cramped. When I arrived, the hotel didn’t know about my Booking reservation, even though it had been confirmed by email and in the app. I waited at reception while the attendant prepared the room, and one woman at the desk seemed very confused. It was a bad experience, though I hope the hotel management will try to improve things.
