This isn't a good setup for international guests. There's no reception, and the fully digital check-in only works for Brazilians. Anyone else has to wait for someone to verify their ID and documents, which can take hours.

I had a horrible stay here. I booked two rooms, but there was a reservation mix-up and they gave me just one. I arrived at 9 PM and waited an hour for someone to respond on WhatsApp before they finally sorted out the second room. Their customer service is awful: they don't answer the phone, and replies on WhatsApp take hours. The website was a mess too, especially the passport verification and photo upload. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

Just a five-minute walk from the airport, so it's handy if you have a flight to catch. The room is small, but it was clean and had what I needed. The building entrance felt secure, with two doors that only open using facial recognition.
