The building is new and very modern, with the Eucaliptos metro station about a four-minute walk away, roughly 250 meters, and Shopping Ibirapuera just behind it, about two minutes on foot. There’s a lot of useful infrastructure here: a gym, coworking space, laundry, party room, beauty salon, massage, pet area, bike parking, and more. Definitely worth staying.

The location is good, and the laundry is genuinely useful. But I was really disappointed by the gym: the treadmills are the only equipment that works. The sole bike is broken, and the multi-function machine’s cables are all loose. If you like working out, the gym is a zero. The noise is awful, too. The airport is right next door, and planes seem to skim past the building. There’s no soundproofing, and even medication to knock you out won’t bring peace. The doormen aren’t helpful when you ask for information. Nothing here feels modern. I do not recommend it.
