The construction work is VERY noisy. It’s midnight now and the jackhammer is unbearable. Don’t buy into this development. It disturbs everyone in the neighborhood at hours when it shouldn’t. Disrespectful and awful, it’s wearing down everyone who lives nearby.

The worst investment I’ve made. The construction has had many problems, and they haven’t delivered what the sales materials said. The description says the opposite of what was presented. The builder left unfinished issues: leaking sink traps, loose bathroom fixtures, rust on the balconies, paint stains on doors and walls, leaks inside the apartments, and rain coming in through the balcony. Follow RECLAME AQUI and you’ll get a small idea of what’s happening with this property. It’s not just my apartments, many others have the same problems.
