It’s a pretty basic place, though the bed was comfortable. My room smelled like smoke, there was no glass shower enclosure, and I couldn’t find the TV remote. One towel was wet too, so I wondered whether the towels had been washed. 😳

The staff were almost overly polite, and kudos to manager João. The place was spotless and organized, with a balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, and a nice shower. Towels came bagged and were very good quality; the bedding was good, and the blankets were clean and smelled of fabric softener. Santa Cruz Shopping and the metro are almost next door. There’s an OXXO open 24 hours downstairs, plus lots of nearby pharmacies and banks. I highly recommend it. Signed, Soraya Carioca Atriz.

The facilities are excellent and it’s easy to get to. There’s an OXXO downstairs, which makes the price feel like a great deal. Highly recommend.

I stayed for a month. The location is good and the price is excellent. The staff were great, and the blankets and towels were clean and good quality.

I was there with someone for a “date.” It was clean as far as I could tell, and the location is good. The reception wasn’t warm, though I didn’t mind much. It was eerily quiet, but maybe that was for the best. Cheap and decent, it does what it promises.
