I stayed here for about a month in São Paulo, and Rodrigo, his lovely wife and the staff were professional and wonderful throughout. I don’t speak Portuguese, but they made the experience feel like staying at a five-star hotel in the United States. I’d recommend this hotel to Americans and anyone else visiting São Paulo, Brazil. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the service. It deserves to be ranked among the best for quality and customer service.

The staff were really pleasant, especially Mai, who gave us some great tips. The location is excellent, near the end station of the Yellow Line 4, and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s a small, newly built hotel, but the rooms are spacious, clean and free of mold. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were great. We liked it a lot.

Getting around is easy: the hotel is right by the Yellow Line metro, just across the street, and close to Morumbis Stadium. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were attentive and polite. The room was comfortable and well kept, with clean towels and bedding changed whenever needed. I highly recommend it!
