We’re so grateful to Nikolas and how willing he was to help my family and me. His problem solving was incredible. Thank you so much, Nikolas. We’ll definitely come back because of him.

The team was friendly, and breakfast was tasty. My room was always cleaned. It’s a simple, humble place, but has everything you need for a short trip.

The room was a letdown once I got upstairs. It looked nothing like the photos: paint was peeling, lighting was poor, the bathroom stall was very narrow, and the bed was hard. The only blanket smelled bad. The air conditioning was a joke too. We had to switch on the old unit when we arrived and wait hours for the room to get comfortable, even though they knew we were coming. Check-in was difficult as well. They asked for my partner’s ID but refused to accept his driver’s license. In America, I’ve never been asked to show ID for anyone other than the person who booked. I wouldn’t stay at an Ibis hotel again.

At exactly 12 pm they were kicking me out, even though I’d asked for two nights. They said they had no vacancies because it was the semester. A really bad experience.
