The internet doesn’t work at all. The woman with darker skin who works at reception during the day is on a power trip, makes things difficult for no reason, and won’t let you bring guests.

The room internet didn’t work, and the air conditioning barely cooled the place. We also killed five cockroaches during the stay. The bathroom drain kept bringing up a strong sewage smell, the walls were stained, and the bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. We paid extra through Booking for a standard room, but were put in a basic apartment instead. Nobody fixed anything, and reception just sent us back to the app, where the same people seemed to be answering both chats. A terrible stay, with staff who couldn’t deal with people or solve problems.

The building itself is good, well equipped, and has good properties, but the management is weak. Security leaves temporary tenants and owners confused because they never seem to know what to do. It could be a good investment, but poor management holds it back, with more concern for self promotion than solving problems.

There’s no front desk, since this is a rental apartment rather than a hotel, and there’s no infrastructure. Check in happens out on the street, where two guys ask for your passport. If they can’t find your reservation, you’re stuck outside with nowhere to go. The entrance is covered in trash, and the street feels dangerous at night.
