The ground floor was the best part, with friendly employees and good food, and the location near the airport is excellent. Beyond that, though, the bedrooms are dated and have lots of broken things. The towels smelled, as did the corridors, the toilet paper felt like sandpaper, and the shower gel was cheap. It works for a one-night stay, but bring your own towel and toilet paper. Time for a renovation and better care for customers.

The hotel is good, but the price feels high for what you get. It would be nice to have a cheaper option for people arriving at Congonhas Airport who only need a few hours to sleep.

The one real plus is being close to the airport. Checking in took an hour, though, and the process was painfully slow. Staff seemed to take a ten-minute break after each check-in. They also don't make up the rooms every day, which was frustrating.

I only wanted a quiet night, not luxury or extra amenities, but got a room right in front of a lift despite asking for one far away. The check-in took 40 minutes even though I'd already done it online. The woman helping us seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I booked with points, and she didn't know what to charge, so I had to work out the exchange rate for her. Then she used the wrong credit card. The service doesn't compare with Europe, where people know what they're doing. A truly awful experience, and for what it cost, completely unreasonable. I won't be back anytime soon. Avoid this garbage.
